Seems like I've had nothing on my mind right now but Pokey...Lafarge, that is. This lonseome sounding purveyor of Riverboat Soul is coming back to the great Northwest this April for 2 nights! April 24th at 3 Foods Cafe with The Striped Pig String Band and April 25th at Cecil's New Orleans Bistro in Garberville, with a brief stop off at KMUD along the way. Seems like no matter how much there is in front of us to get done, listening to Pokey just makes a man think of floating down the river in an inner tube.
